Windows 2000 Task Scheduler?

Has anyone had any luck automating a Windows 2000 backup script? I have got a working backup script, and have tried EVERYTHING to get it to automate. If anyone has had any luck with either the Task Scheduler, the AT command or the JT command, I would like a step by step guide on how it is done. Thanks.

I normally use WinAT to automate my scripts. Run 'WinAT' command and start from there, very straight forward
