VCD/SVCD on APEX AD-703

Once in a while I tried to burn a movie onto a CD (either as VCD or SVCD) but most of the time, the audio is very good and the video is terrible (flicking like crazy)

Does any of you know how I could get this fixed ? Does it have anything to do with the NTSC (?) thing ?

BTW, I used Nero to burn the cue directly. PowerDVD played ok with both on the computer but not on my VCD player

my gosh Kaz, I didn't have a chance to install it untill just now. Got it downloaded once I read your post but didn't have time to install until I can find myself some time to do so (which is just now)

Feeling much appreciated from your help, replying that post doesn't take much time. I haven't replied it just because I haven't installed it yet.
