avatar help...

I have tried to upload my pix for the avatar

but it didn't seem to be able to update afterward. Could some one show

me how to go about changing the avatar and what criteria required for

the picture to be use as avatar ???? Thanks

yeah I have noticed that problem long time ago but too lazy to fix

it... anyways, a new design will be replaced with this design and lots

of bugs fixes...
